It seemed to have the influence of sr. management in every decision and HR is not involved in making decision at every level. It matters to the key people whether they see potential in you.

A company that challenges you to think out the box. Creates a sense of ownership and responsibility to drive your own career success. Challenges the employee to steer away from the norms of working culture. NC encourages you to get out of your comfort zone and become proactive and productive.
