What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is always on standby for support should you have any questions and do not micro manage you. Instead the working pace if free for you to manage your own content and work load and report back to the leaders with progression and available to support you should you need.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am not fully aware of the benefits package however from the small amounts i have encountered, for example, social security, Free food for breakfast lunch and dinner, snacks on site, and many gyms on locations. It all creates a positive environment

What did you like most about the interview process?
Fair, equal, questions are serious. They look for more about your character than your effective qualifications also. If your personalities and passion does not fit the company culture then it may not be a good fit.

What makes you most happy at work?
The team and I can manage my own world load at my pace, so the success of a project is determined and based upon your own individual capabilities and focus.
