What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're a group of genuine and authentic leaders
Clearly defined goals and vision. Leaders are from a who's who of successful IPO'd startups - AWS, Twilio, Alienvault, GitHub, Apollo, and more
Company is growing fast and exec team is doing a good job of managing this thoughtfully and with clear direction and transparency. It truly feels like everyone here is a part of something special

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair and equitable compensation packages rooted in data
Equity in a company that's growing incredibly fast
Equity sharing is important for a company like this on the path to IPO. Also important is the distributed nature. Even if you live near the office, going in is mostly optional based on your schedule
