Intelligent, understanding and work with team spirit
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Because of a high turnover rate (lots of terminations) co-workers had grown tired of trying to help onboarding employees

What did you like most about the interview process?
Feedback after the technical round of interview
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The hiring process took over 6 weeks, multitude of zoom interviews and a very extensive assessment. They then tried to lowball the salary agreement with some kind of "bonus" metrics, based on wishful thinking and not proven metrics
What makes you most happy at work?
Sports area to have fun with my colleagues
Quality projects and understanding manager
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
stop trying to hire and fire your way to a "perfect" employee, give them time to learn the system
