stop trying to hire and fire your way to a "perfect" employee, give them time to learn the system
The hiring process took over 6 weeks, multitude of zoom interviews and a very extensive assessment. They then tried to lowball the salary agreement with some kind of "bonus" metrics, based on wishful thinking and not proven metrics
