bad culture, high attrition in both employees and customers
Worst company I've ever worked at, worst leadership from the top down. The CEO/owner Jeff Melcher is a joke and pettles a product they can't deliver.
The leadership team (what remains) is dysfunctional, at best. The owners are complete morons with zero leadership skills. One owner is a silly clown with no stake in the game anymore and the other owner is a self-absorbed, neurotic, type A with zero ability to listen or to trust his people.
