What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading. Not following Jeff Melcher in any way. Not hiring felons for CFOs.
The leadership team (what remains) is dysfunctional, at best. The owners are complete morons with zero leadership skills. One owner is a silly clown with no stake in the game anymore and the other owner is a self-absorbed, neurotic, type A with zero ability to listen or to trust his people.

Better pay for the amount of work expected. Better treatment.
