What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great teamwork great leadership great management
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should start recognizing the right people. Mostly useless people who speak a lot but don't do anything else are considered as the great people. The company is currently sinking because of these useless people who are mostly in India as leaders. The company is totally wasting its money on them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock options are great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most of the Indian C level leadership's family members are compensated well for no reason. They are also given commissions. Useless Indian leadership team is highly compensated.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need better leaders in India who can assist them technically grow. Replacing the existing Indian leadership team would help a lot.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Replace the existing leadership team from India and the C level Indian leaders in the US who don't do anything. They are the main reason for all the issues.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The useless Indian leadership must stop interviewing the candidates. They are not capable enough to hire the right manpower.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The SIEM product is completely useless. Doesn't work at all. Many bugs. Customers suffer a lot and the customer-facing team has to take all the blames and abuses. A better product would solve this issue.
