New Breed Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I appreciate that our compensation package reflects a growth mindset culture, rewarding performance, effort, and continuous improvement rather than just tenure.

Review from Operations Dept

Flexible time off, I've always been able to take time when I want it.

Review from Operations Dept

Consistently reviewed each year and fair adjustments based on market and performance

Review from Operations Dept

Pay is competitive, benefits are solid, time off is reasonable.

Review from Sales Dept

High quality across the board

Flexible PTO and a pay structure that rewards performance

Review from Operations Dept

Love the flexible PTO and that we're encouraged to use it to relax and recharge.

Review from Operations Dept

The incentive pay structure and earning opportunity,

Review from Sales Dept

We are given a good amount of PTO and also I really appreciate the 401k match.

The best part of my compensation package is my hourly wage.

I love the incentive program and the tiering system. The opportunity to get more money in my paycheck every quarter (soon moving to every month) and the ability to move up and get a raise every 6 months is great. It definitely helps support my financial goals.

I have an okay base salary that I can rely on.

Review from Sales Dept

The best aspects of my compensation package are the monthly quota bonuses and annual PTO/Sick leave. No need to accrue time off over time. I love having a bucket of hours to start the year that I can then use to plan my time off accordingly.

Review from Marketing Dept

Total rewards for the potential to earn more based on performance.

Compensation is uncapped, goals are realistic, and variable pay incentivises hard work.

Review from Sales Dept

I really like that our comp package rewards performance. It gives ownership and autonomy over how goals are achieved.

Review from Operations Dept

Reasonable flexibility with PTO. Also, I would consider remote working a benefit, which is very appreciated.

Review from Marketing Dept

The salary itself is the best part.

Reflects the value I provide.

Review from Operations Dept

Overall happy with compensation package, no one thing stands out.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've had offers from other opportunities with a much higher rate and/or better benefits.

Given the heavy workloads and ongoing staffing challenges, employees should be compensated more competitively to reflect the demands placed on them.

Review from Marketing Dept

Our compensation is below industry standard. We have bonuses and KPIs and it feels like trying to figure out trigonometry trying to understand if you're getting your bonus pay or not. Plus, some bonus metrics are out of our control. It's so confusing rather than just paying us what we should be paid

Review from Marketing Dept

The bonus and tiering structure is great, but salary doesn't match skill level necessarily. As the business continues to attract remote workers, there needs to be consideration of COL where they live.

Review from Marketing Dept

Given the level of output expected, our compensation seems lower than comparable agencies. It would help to have clearer guidance on how the bonus structure and tiering work, so expectations and opportunities for growth feel more transparent.

My salary is significantly less than I have made in the same role at other companies.

Review from Sales Dept

Compensation should be in line with industry averages.

Little recognition, incentive program should NOT replace annual raises. It still seems challenging to be able to get promoted. My position is listed 20-30k more elsewhere in the US.

Review from Marketing Dept

Raises take way too long (years) and people are strung along while new talent is brought in. Hitting goals for UR or billable rates mean time off isn't really a thing...it's all flexed eventually or you don't hit your goals.

Ability to earn towards a Long term incentive plan

Evaluation and ability to earn more consistently year over year

There should be larger opportunity to make money when the company wins at an individual level. The company could do a better job aligning the OTE of their employees to what those roles make from an industry-standard
