Pay and incentive plans are tied to goals, those goals are made clear, and you have a lot of flexibility on how you work or schedule your day to hit those goals. When I go above and beyond, it's nice to feel that in my paycheck.

Our compensation is below industry standard. We have bonuses and KPIs and it feels like trying to figure out trigonometry trying to understand if you're getting your bonus pay or not. Little recognition, incentive program should NOT replace annual raises. It still seems challenging to be able to get promoted. My position is listed 20-30k more elsewhere in the US.

Raises take way too long (years) and people are strung along while new talent is brought in. Hitting goals for UR or billable rates mean time off isn't really a thing...it's all flexed eventually or you don't hit your goals.

There should be larger opportunity to make money when the company wins at an individual level. The company could do a better job aligning the OTE of their employees to what those roles make from an industry-standard
