Joseph David Davis — Founder, Chief Investment Officer & Corporate Advisor at New Home Company

Mr. Joseph David Davis, also known as Joe, founded The New Home Company LLC in 2009 and has been its Chief Investment Officer since 2010. Mr. Davis serves as Corporate Advisor of The New Home Company LLC and served as its Consultant since June 26, 2015. Mr. Davis serves Partner of TNHC Land at The New Home Company LLC. Mr. Davis served as Chief Investment Officer at The New Home Company LLC from 2010 to June 26, 2015 and served as its Partner and Executive Vice President. Mr. Davis shares responsibility for creating some of the most admired masterplan communities in the world. He served as the President of Irvine Community Development Company LLC (ICDC), an affiliate of The Irvine Company LLC until October 1, 2007 and was responsible for all residential development on The Irvine Ranch???. In 1993, he joined The Irvine Company. In 1996, he served as President of he Irvine Company LLC's Irvine Community Builders. In early 1997, he was promoted to Executive Vice President of the newly formed Irvine Community Development Company. Mr. Davis was active in the real estate industry since the early 1970s, having served in senior managerial capacities with other regional and national residential developers including Chevron Land and Development, Inc., Watt Group, Inc., and AMFAC Inc. He holds general building contractor and real estate broker licenses with the State of California. He has been a Director of The New Home Company Inc since January 30, 2014. He served as a Member of Board of Managers at The New Home Company LLC from 2010 to January 30, 2014. Mr. Davis serves as a board member of such organizations as the American Cancer Society, California Center for the Arts, City of Hope and the Orange County Chapter of the Boy Scouts of America. He received a Bachelor of Science degree and a master's in business administration from the University of Southern California.
