Wayne Stelmar — Founder, Corporate Advisor, Consultant & Director at New Home Company

Mr. Wayne J. Stelmar founded The New Home Company LLC (now, The New Home Company Inc) in 2009 and has been its Consultant since February 17, 2017 and served as its Chief Investment Officer from June 26, 2015 to February 17, 2017 and served as its secretary from January 2014 to June 2015. Mr. Stelmar has been Corporate Advisor at The New Home Company Inc since February 17, 2017. Mr. Stelmar served as the Chief Financial Officer of The New Home Company LLC from 2010 to June 26, 2015 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Stelmar's primary duties involved the oversight of the finance, accounting and financial reporting, treasury and risk-management functions. In June 2001, he along with Larry Webb, lead in the management buyout of Laing PLC and Whitehall and in June 2006, the sale of W. L. Homes to Emaar Properties. Prior to his 10-year career at W. L. Homes LLC, he served as a Senior Manager for E&Y/Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group of Los Angeles and also worked for Grant Thornton of Los Angeles as a Manager. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has been a Director of The New Home Company Inc since 2010. He served as a Member of Board of Managers at The New Home Company LLC from 2010 to January 30, 2014. He holds a corporate broker's license for WL Homes in California. Mr. Stelmar is a graduate of California State University Northridge and he has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting.
