What do you like best about the leadership team?
The honest and transparent nature and the values they live by.
The managers are committed to the people and the company. Its a good balance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Expressing gratitude and treating their sales staff with respect.
Inexperienced leadership that only manages by videos.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a really good benefit package that includes health and a whole bunch of other things that most companies dont offer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are underpaid for the amount of work and hours that we put in.
No benefits at all. Takes advantwge of us
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are awesome! Some have become close friends.
