What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to truly care about their employees and their wellbeing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership does not communicate well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like having access to a personal trainer, the medical is ok, high deductibles, but better than other places I have worked.

Very supportive and helpful. Great teamwork!
My team is very communicative and supportive. I never feel like I can't ask questions or for help.

They were very open to answering my questions about their time at NYCM and what they liked and disliked
I liked that everyone was so friendly in the interview, very open about their wants and needs, and also willing to answer my questions about their views and time at NYCM

Employees are not empowered to make decisions. Feedback is very sporadic and rarely positive or constructive.
