Consistency, if something happens they try to keep us in the loop as best as possible

We have the option to manage our IRA on the fly and get options to purchase whole life products for ourselves
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is there for you, very rarely do I have an issue with someone there and typically forget about the encounter within minutes
What did you like most about the interview process?
Again they are accommodating, they let me know when they will interview me and if the time frame doesn't work they offer different times and are respectful of the situation
