Horrible, back pain and shoulder pain, and constant stomach tightening stress, lots of fake and cheesy reactions from everyone I dealt with. Anything I did, was critiqued by each and everyone in my pathway.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Company has some type of sick need to control and put down its agents, clients and support staff. It's a very sick and deplorable company to work for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they treated us as if we were being paid zero, instead of them treating us as if their "training" was our pay, and we should be punished for not being able to sell "superhigh."
