Brad Lindquist — Senior Managing Director of Global Corporate Services at Newmark

Mr. Brad Lindquist has been Senior Managing Director of Global Corporate Services at Newmark Knight Frank (formerly, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank) since September 03, 2013. Mr. Lindquist joined Newmark Knight Frank Global Corporate Services' consulting practice in 2013, bringing broad strategic expertise across all asset types and capabilities global in scope. His areas of specialization include expansion and relocation feasibility, global location strategy and site selection methodologies, facility network planning, economic incentive negotiations for business attraction and retention, real estate portfolio optimization and strategic planning. Mr. Lindquist has over 17 years of experience assisting corporations and public agencies in aligning their business and facility implementation strategies with their corporate objectives and operations. He has provided consulting services to clients across a wide range of industries including advanced manufacturing, aerospace, alternative energy, automotive, financial and business services, food and beverage, life sciences, retail distribution and others. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank Global Corporate Services, Mr. Lindquist served as a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting LLP's strategy and operations practice based in Chicago, IL. Mr. Lindquist was employed at BGC Partners. Mr. Lindquist has published numerous articles in Area Development and Chief Executive and is a regular presenter at foreign direct investment conferences and seminars. Mr. Lindquist earned his B.S. in construction engineering and management from Purdue University - West Lafayette Indiana.
