Mr. Bradley J. Feld, also known as Brad, has been Vice Chairman of Southern California Region at Newmark Knight Frank since September 2016. Mr. Feld was a Principal at Madison Partners, Inc. until September 4, 2016. His institutional ownership experience includes such clients as Deutsche Bank/REEF, Worthe Real Estate Group, Shorenstein Properties, JP Morgan, Watt Investment Partners, Federal Realty, Clarion Partners, Kilroy Realty, EOP and NYLIC Real Estate Investors, among others. His impressive entertainment industry experience encompasses a who's who list of firms including Viacom Inc., Paramount Studios, Ryan Seacrest Productions, E! Entertainment Television, Comcast Entertainment Group, MTV Networks, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon Animation, Screen Actors Guild - PPP, CBS Studios, The Hollywood Reporter, Disney Televentures, Showtime Networks, South Park Animation and Aaron Spelling Entertainment. He had specialized in tenant and landlord representation for nearly 21 years on a local, regional and national basis. Over the course of his career, he has successfully represented multiple, one million-square-foot low-rise entertainment/media campuses at the Wilshire Courtyard and Media Studios. During that time, he represented several million square feet of entertainment, professional, healthcare, financial and Fortune 500 tenants, as well as various landlords in the greater West Los Angeles, Miracle Mile, Downtown, Tri-Cities and Warner Center submarkets. Prior to joining Madison Partners, He spent 18 years as a top producer for Cushman & Wakefield. He also served as Executive Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield. He has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the lease transaction including market/economic rents and concessions, contractual flexibilities, architectural/space planning issues, construction/tenant improvements and building systems inspections. He is a Member of LACRA and has been a Member of the Board of Managers for the Downtown Los Angeles Stuart M. Ketchum YMCA and a Member of the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group. His charities include Children's Hospital Los Angeles and the Guardians Home of the Aged. His achievements include recognition by the CoStar Group as a Los Angeles Power Broker for 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004 and 2003, the Southern California Real Estate Journal Hot Broker List for 2007, 2006, 2005 and 2004, the BOMA Lease and Sale Transactions of the Year and the Los Angeles Business Journal Top Office Broker Awards in 1998 and 1995, the Cushman & Wakefield National Service Excellence Award and the Cushman & Wakefield National Deal of the Year. Mr. Feld received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), with a minor in Economics/Business Administration.
