Mr. Jim Landsaw has been Managing Director of Account Management of Newmark Knight Frank since September 30, 2012. Mr. Landsaw oversees the Popular Community Bank account at Newmark Knight Frank. Mr. Landsaw joined Newmark Knight Frank's Global Corporate Services in the Dallas office in 2012. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Landsaw served a 10-year tenure as Senior Vice President at Fischer & Company. He was with The Staubach Company and CB Richard Ellis Corporate Advisory Group prior to Fischer & Company. His areas of specialization includes: Tenant Representation, Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning and Transaction Management. He has 16 years of experience. Mr. Landsaw is a licensed Salesperson in the state of Texas and a CCIM candidate. He is member of the member of North Texas Association of Commercial Realtors (NTCAR) and Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Landsaw is a Member of Bent Tree Bible Fellowship and is actively involved with coaching kids' soccer with Allen Sports Association. Mr. Landsaw graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business.
