Mr. Robert Von Ancken, MAI, CRE, FRICS, serves as the Chairman of the Executive Board of Landauer Valuation & Advisory at Newmark Knight Frank. Mr. Von Ancken is a New York City expert, with over 45 years of experience in the real estate business as an Appraiser, Consultant, Expert Witness and licensed Real Estate Broker. He has prepared appraisal and market studies for mortgage, income tax, estate, acquisition, sales, urban renewal and corporate purposes. Appraising unusual properties and air rights is his specialty.
