Mr. Nicholas T. Bicardo, also known as Nick, has been Vice Chairman and Head of Retail Capital Markets for Northern California at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Capital Group and Newmark Knight Frank since August 2016. Mr. Bicardo has more than 16 years of real estate investment experience. He joined HFF in January 2011. Prior to HFF, he served as a Vice President in Grubb & Ellis' Northern California Capital Markets Group. He served as a Director of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) since January 2011. He is a Member of International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2011. He is a Lifetime Member of Haas School of Business Alumni Network. Mr. Bicardo holds BS from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
