Prior to joining forces with NKF, Mr. Schultz was Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founding Member of Helios Capital Advisors. He has 25 years of experience. Over the past two decades, Mr. Schultz has negotiated and developed deals totaling more than eight million square feet and $8 billion of total trade value and has cultivated strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, strengthening his reputation as being one of the most active and accomplished real estate professionals operating in the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut markets. His vast knowledge and expertise in the markets which Newmark Knight Frank team remains most active, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut, makes him a Trusted Advisor to his clients and helps guide the continued growth and expansion of Newmark Knight Frank in the non-performing and performing loan space as well as REO and investment sales. He additionally helped form and cultivate the rapid success of two other companies, Pyramid Property Partners and Onyx Equities, LLC.
