Mr. Gregg S. Piontek has been the Chief Financial Officer of Newpark Resources, Inc. since October 2011 and has been its Vice President since April 02, 2007 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since April 02, 2007. Mr. Piontek serves as Principal Financial Officer of Newpark Drilling Fluids, LLC. He served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Controller of Newpark Resources Inc. since April 02, 2007. Mr. Piontek served as Chief Accounting Officer of Stewart & Stevenson, LLC from January 2006 to August 2007 and served as its Vice President since January 2006. Mr. Piontek previously served as Assistant Corporate Controller of Stewart & Stevenson Services, Inc. from March 2003 to January 2006 and from June 2001 to February 2003 was Controller of its Power Products Division. Mr. Piontek served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Stewart & Stevenson LLC, where, as a member of the executive team, he directed all start-up and purchase accounting functions related to the purchase of assets from Stewart & Stevenson Services, Inc. and served as lead executive financial officer for their $150 million public debt offering. Prior to that, Mr. Piontek served in various financial roles at General Electric, CNH Global N.V. and Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Piontek is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.
