Well above average in comps
Flexibility in terms of hours and ability to work remotely. Huge factor with aging family duties and complicated modern lives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cheap health insurance and not adequate pay

Open communication, encouraging, warm and positive - no daggers out, ever.

Thorough, rigorous, exhaustive. You need to demonstrate a fit and desire to be part of the team.
Was suitable to initial entry-level role. Since then multiple internal interviews all positive.
