    Being organized, trusting their employees, being aware of corporate protocol, and manners.

    We need leaders who are more people oriented. There are some leaders who truly seem to be miserable human beings and are always out to get you.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Most are considered independent contractors, so there are no benefits whatsoever. No overtime pay, no holiday pay, no weekend rates, no benefits at all. And the pay rate is below average.
