What did you like most about the interview process?
the interviewer was friendly and it was a great process
How laid back it was - I did not feel very pressured or nervous
I liked that it was a multi-step process and I was also encouraged to work on a realistic scenario to show the leadership team my skills as well as ensure the position would be a good fit for me. I felt like the process was always about finding the best fit, mutually.
