Clear and frequent communication, responsive management.
I love working at NWH.

Executive team headed by a president who is not respected by staff and sows distrust
Treating colleagues with more respect and THAT starts at the very top!

Heath insurance and 401k options
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Newton Wellesley has been a disaster for the past year or two. Salaries are cut people are disrespected. We need a new leader.

We work together and support each other we despite Hospital admin who doesn’t seem to know what she is doing i
