Relaxed, science based environment with growing pains
As long as you dont work in Operations everyone is pleasant and a pleasure to work with. Executive management team tries to keep everyone uplifted and moving in the right direction
There are many. The executive team takes responsibility for hands-on work to further the company and create a comfortable and financially sound place for their employees. Blame is not is their vocabulary. Mistakes are understood. Violation of our good culture would be of issue, not errors.
We get to wear jeans, colleagues are, for the most part caring, and want to do a good job, we do have a good group of folks at the worker level, and we can have fun when allowed to be organized,

Friendly interview panel and process
Interview process was organized well
not a lot of normal H.R. questions "where do you see yourself in 5 Years or "what are your weaknesses". straight and to the point job related questions
It was to the point and related to the company's needs. No fluff. No theoretical puzzles and circumstances; just down to earth, down to business conversation. After the interview I felt as if I had been working at this company for quite some time, which made me ready to hit the ground running.

They allow me to provide my talents and knowledge for the betterment of the company, and do not micro-direct me to be something I am not. Management educates and mentors, yet do not expect their employees to know everything that they know. There are no false expectations.
When I am allowed to do my job without being micromanaged / directed by other department heads.
Company need to adopt a lot of systems and bring in more experienced individuals to make it to commercialization
