Eric S. Gleason — President of Nextera Energy Transmission LLC at NextEra Energy

Mr. Eric S. Gleason has been the President of Nextera Energy Transmission LLC since 2011. Mr. Gleason serves as a Vice President of Corporate Development and Quality at Allegheny Energy Supply Company, LLC. Mr. Gleason served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Allegheny Energy Inc. since joining on August 4, 2008 and its Vice President of Corporate Development & Quality since October 2009. Mr. Gleason has 11 years of investment banking experience with two prominent Wall Street firms. Prior to joining Allegheny, Mr. Gleason was employed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. since 2002. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Natural Resources Investment Banking at JPMorgan from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, he served as Vice President in Investment Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He held positions in both firms' New York and London offices, where he was responsible for advising utilities and energy companies on strategy, financings and other corporate finance issues. Mr. Gleason holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
