Most profitable energy company in the world- worst Healthcare and below average pay. You do the math.

Next era is the worst company ive worked for. They allow hostile work environments to continue to the point of physical altercation. Technicians bear the responsibility of the entire wind site all the way down to cleaning the restrooms while the site manager sits in the office talking about football

Nextera believes in "do as I say, not as I do" and discriminating against those who don't share their same beliefs.

Supportive, tech-driven, and always nails picking the right people and helping them level up.

They never talk to us, so it is hard to know anything good about them

My immediate supervisor is a good guy. He's still plant based.

They seriously need to work on their attitude issue.

They only care about their own compensation

Paying technicians a competitive salary. Take the business and management responsibilities of the technicians. Fix the electronic apps instead of just saying thats how it is

Benefits, the cost for insurance is almost negligible.

Health incentives are good. They have HSA too.

Lots of options, wish they had better health coverage though.

Healthcare is terrible and pay is below average. Pay more- fix the Healthcare issue. I received a 2.5% raise with record inflation and record earnings. Do better.

Climbing 300 feet multiple times a day in the heat and cold to do everything from greasing to complicated troubleshooting on high voltage equipment deserves more pay than an uneducated person working as a prison guard.

Be compsensated similar to other employers in the region; offer a bonus potentially; have matching 401(k);

Openness to conversations and questions, approachable people in general.

We all collaborate daily which makes the job very engaging.

People are great to work with

Coworkers at next era are the most moody and childish I have ever worked with. They are allowed to create hostile work environments with no repercussions even after more than 5 workers have complained multiple times.

It's not exclusive, everyone has a hand in trying to make the most effective team. We do shout outs in team meetings that acknowledge specific team members and it's an amazing moral boost.

We get a decent amount of vacation

You're gonna find out if you prepped for the interview or not. I personally practiced for roughly ten days, reviewing material, doing mock interviews, evaluating varying levels of questions. It was a 4 hour gauntlet that I was very prepared for.

It was quick because they needed people

They had an open house and allowed you to tour the campus.

They actually ask technical questions
