They only care about their own compensation
Paying technicians a competitive salary. Take the business and management responsibilities of the technicians. Fix the electronic apps instead of just saying thats how it is

Health care coverage is deplorable
Healthcare is terrible and pay is below average. Pay more- fix the Healthcare issue. I received a 2.5% raise with record inflation and record earnings. Do better.
Climbing 300 feet multiple times a day in the heat and cold to do everything from greasing to complicated troubleshooting on high voltage equipment deserves more pay than an uneducated person working as a prison guard.
Be compsensated similar to other employers in the region; offer a bonus potentially; have matching 401(k);
Have to come to office to sit on zoom calls where the norm is to leave cameras off at all times. No culture, very individualistic.
Coworkers at next era are the most moody and childish I have ever worked with. They are allowed to create hostile work environments with no repercussions even after more than 5 workers have complained multiple times.
More community, more standards, better planning.
