In his securities practice, Mr. Brucker has represented issuers, underwriters, and selling shareholders in connection with a wide variety of transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings of debt and equity, a multi-billion dollar merger transaction, and other registered offerings. He also has represented companies and institutional investors in private placements and venture and other capital raising transactions. Mr. Brucker regularly advises clients on issues arising under federal and state securities laws and stock market rules. In his mergers and acquisitions practice, he has represented both public and private companies in numerous acquisitions, sales, and merger transactions as well as joint ventures and strategic alliances. Since joining Cozen O'Connor, Mr. Brucker has served as acting General Counsel to a NYSE-listed client. He is admitted to practice in the Bars of New Jersey Pennsylvania. Mr. Brucker is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia Bar Associations. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Jewish Family and Children's Service and the Philadelphia Children's Theatre. Mr. Brucker has been named a Pennsylvania Rising Star by Law & Politics. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1997.
