What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Identifying the personnel. Seeing the strengths and weeknesses of the personnel and then placing the personnel where they can flourish and be competitive. Make others compete to help the company grow.

Dont be rude and use bad words whit the employs
The leadership team needs a complete overhaul. They are incompetent & unprofessional

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well paid and giving good facilities
They have diferents program for all needs thath good
We have an excellent bonus plan, and we have always met or exceeded our goals to achieve max payout for the bonus!
Pay is commensurate with my experience, benefits is industry standard
They pay more then most places do but the insurance is a bit on the high side of things so it basically is no different in pay then any other job by the time you take out the deductible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses, and value good workers
Better training and more job knowledge
Better point system and feel like ur valued as an employee
It's about the employee feeling apriated and making sure the product gets out to the customer the best way possible

they are hard workers an get the job done regardless
Outside of management every tries to work their best together considering they feel underappreciated and stretched to their limits.

Start looking at the customers needs the only thts going to happen as if the employee feels more evaluated more than what there worth

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This has been tried with management changes as well as the turn over rate and has not made a difference. One step forward, 2 steps back.
Buy getting rid of those who don't care about the company and the customers
That there are better judgement on the employees that make a difference in the NFI industries with customer satisfaction
No drinking and smoking weed on the grounds and everyone should share carts and we all need to work as a team
Listen more often to what’s going around with employees and managers or even supervisor I feel as something should be more done about supervisors caring more yes it’s not are job to be best friends with managemen

Explanation of expectations. All things that were expected were given at that time.
I got the job and it was quick
All they talked about was what I can do to make the job better. I said this is a business we should be making sure that the customer is happy beings that customer bought the product

Stop the favoritis dont tray tu put frind and family first in the line

Don't know we tell supervisor and it's ignored!!
Find leadership that wants to be there
Poor leadership. Needs strict supervision and treat all employees fairly.
What's wrong is you mandating vaccines when things are being lifted. Devil at work.
Owners of there on trucks dont see the benefit of stdying any longer.
