Pay is commensurate with my experience, benefits is industry standard
They pay more then most places do but the insurance is a bit on the high side of things so it basically is no different in pay then any other job by the time you take out the deductible

Buy getting rid of those who don't care about the company and the customers

No drinking and smoking weed on the grounds and everyone should share carts and we all need to work as a team
