they are hard workers an get the job done regardless
Outside of management every tries to work their best together considering they feel underappreciated and stretched to their limits.

Some but not but a handful works together as a team to get stuff done like looking out for each other with carts and helping when we done unloading a can we move to the next like it should be. People will hog carts and if you have none then it seems nobody cares not even management so you wait
