I am provided with health insurance that adequately covers my family's medical needs without costing too much. NFP consistently contributes to my HSA which has helped me out multiple times.

What are some of the best things about your team?
friendly. work well all together.
My immediate co-worker is a blast to work with and keeps me laughing throughout the day. The other agents I interact with are generally nice and always willing to help me learn new things and better understand insurance concepts.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Because I work in a smaller office, everyone knows a little bit about everyone's personal lives. It's a supportive family environment.
