People are awesome. Great set of people
Being able to be myself and not being afraid of speaking my mind.
Engaged in the overall company strategy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
stop micromanaging people. Stop Requiring technical people to be 135% billable. Stop asking people to pad their hours and lie to clients. Create a high trust environment so that the product will be better.
