Its just a poorly run company woth zero regard for anyone not in leadership

The company grew so fast that they could not afford to lose people so I am not sure if anyone has been let go due to performance. There are plenty just coasting or doing nothing for a free check. With no accountability these things cant be addressed.

Very political environment where everyone is looking out for their own best interests.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More alignment on how work is done across every department despite location. We're an international company and several international offices have very different workflows.

Reduction of middle and micro management, listen from the bottom up instead of dictate top down

Work life balance could be better
