What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to you when you go to them. Dont always get results tho.
I don't like much about them at all
I like that they all help each other and if an operator is having a hard time, some leaders will help them out physically or mentally

Need less micromanaging, better compensation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were very nice and excited to hire me
interviewed with several people and toured the building.
They gave me tips on how to improve my interview skills if I chose to interview again in the future
That the leadership explained what duties I would need to do clearly and gave feedback on my interview and gave interview tips for the next time i had an interview in the future.
