What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are given the freedom and the responsibility to do our jobs and two be creative in our roles. We must do so compliantly, but other than that we are encouraged two strive for our own vision. Teamwork, transparency, and collaboration are all a part of this company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a very competitive salary and bonus program. We also have as many vacation days as we would like as long as we are meeting job requirements.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The honesty and integrity with which the company and executives preach as well as practice. There are quarterly team huddles that allow employees to ask any question that is on their minds in an anonymous fashion. All the questions are answered truthfully. This sets Nihon Kohden apart from the rest.
