More interaction with us(freshers) . Because everytime we have to take a step but I think this is not a good practice

See, NTL as a whole is a good place to work but when it comes to compensation then you should take a step back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork is most important thing which is already in our team.
Well organized, Informative, Town-halls, organization updates.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to remember there old days when they were new to this industry because they are treating us like we are quite old to this industry
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have the best campus
Growth oriented, a lot of opportunities and competitive.
The vibes are good and positive no doubt but the RMG group needs to look after employee's preference at the time of PROJECT ALLOCATION

It doesn't feel like we are giving interview because the HR department is vetu cool at talking anf taking interviews.
