The process was long, but the meetings was worth it. LEarn a lot and know that they mean well and look for great people to be their team.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
the selection process is often outdated. focused on outdated skills and abilities of the interviewee. I would ask hr to go out and live experiences with salespeople and employees in the branches.
