Started out fine but severely went south

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Way below standard for the gaming industry

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There are never any ground rules for sprint review and employees are free to spout thoughts, including non-constructive criticism.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership has flat out told employees that their opinions are less valued it they have "never made a hit mobile game". There is no trust placed in senior developers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership is only compromised of the two owners. There are no members of leadership that know about the process of game development and the gaming industry, which makes for frustrating hoops to jump through when it comes to software and creative decisions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A lot of promises were made but never followed through on, including but not limited to parental leave, job positions, and upward mobility. Nix Hydra takes advantage of passionate female devs for profit, burns them out, and then lays them off without any warning
