They have been with the company a long time

They don't have leadership skills OR experience. They've all moved up the ranks from engineering, but can't manage.
Listening and leadership. Drop the egos.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health coveragefor the family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work load not consistent with status and/or market comp.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, enjoyable team members (for the most part). The exception is the Defense group... some real ego there.
Smart people that are willing to share their knowledge.

The only positive was lower level employees that were trying to do the right thing.
