Dr. Kenneth D. Efird, also known as Ken, D.C., has been the President of Nobilis Health Corp. since July 11, 2016. Dr. Efird served as the Chief Revenue Officer of University General Health System, Inc. since November 2014. Dr. Efird served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Nobilis Health Corp. from January 29, 2016 to July 11, 2016. Dr. Efird served as the Chief Business Development Officer of Nobilis Health Corp. since November 2010 until December 2012. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Nobilis Health Corp. since January 2013 and until December 2015. Dr. Efird served as Director of Clinical Operations of Nobilis Health Corp. since November 2010 until December 2012. Dr. Efird is licensed to practice Chiropractic Medicine in Texas and New York states. He began his practice in a multidisciplinary clinical setting and became a team member of numerous allopathic spine teams. Dr. Efird is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Diagnostic and Interventional Spine Centers of Texas owning and operating five clinical locations in greater Houston area and one clinical location in Dallas. Dr. Efird is faculty staff for the National Academy of Manual and Physical Medicine, National Academy of MUA physicians and a state advisor for the Texas Chiropractic Association and Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He holds numerous appointments with state and national associations and has great experience in educating physicians clinically and operationally. Dr. Efird left clinical practice in 2010 overseeing center operations and business development. Dr. Efird has clinical and corporate knowledge within allopathic and complementary and alternative medicine have been obtained by a moral foundation, strong work ethic and continued strive for knowledge and education. Dr. Efird is an Entrepreneur and experienced healthcare professional. He graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 2003.
