Marissa Arreola — Chief Strategy Officer & President of Concertis at Nobilis Health

Ms. Marissa Arreola has been President of Concertis of Nobilis Health Corp. since July 25, 2016 and has been its Chief Strategy Officer since April 19, 2017. Ms. Arreola joined Nobilis and Concertis in 2016 to develop and direct the Nobilis's strategic plan of being a leader in bundled payment, population health management and care coordination. Ms. Arreola has over 18 years??? experience in healthcare operations and health law regulatory and transactional work. Prior to joining Concertis, she was a Partner at Baker Donelson. She also served as Director of Legal Services at Houston Methodist Hospital System, an academic medical center headquartered in Houston's Texas Medical Center. Ms. Arreola has represented hospitals and physicians in a wide variety of transactions and regulatory matters. She also has extensive experience with hospital governance, managed care contracting and development and administration of hospital service lines. She holds a national leadership position with the American Health Lawyers??? Association and is a frequent speaker at regional and national health care conferences. Ms. Arreola earned her B.A., cum laude, from Rice University and her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
