Mr. Charles J. Rimer, also known as Chip, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at NBL Permian LLC since April 24, 2017. Mr. Rimer has been Senior Vice President of US Onshore at Noble Energy, Inc. since April 2013. He serves as the President at NBL Texas, LLC. He served as Vice President of Drilling at Noble Energy, Inc. and also served as its Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Environment, Health & Safety Regulation since April 2013 and Vice President of Operations Services since 2012. He managed Noble's international West Africa, non-operated and new ventures division since 2002. His prior roles encompassed the construction, startup and operations of Noble's midstream treating and measurement facilities in West Africa. He was also responsible for Noble's worldwide Major Projects Division. Prior to joining Noble, he held various positions at ARCO, Vastar and Aspect Resources. He has been a Director of Noble Midstream GP LLC, the General Partner of Noble Midstream Partners LP since October 2015 and NBL Permian LLC since April 24, 2017.
