Executive Bio

Mr. Kenneth M. Fisher, also known as Ken, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Noble Energy, Inc. since April 2014. Mr. Fisher served as Executive Vice President of Finance for Upstream Americas at Shell from July 2009 to November 2009. He served as the Director of Strategy & Business Development for Royal Dutch Shell Plc in The Hague from August 2007 to July 2009; Executive Vice President of Strategy & Portfolio for their global downstream business in London from 2005 to 2007; and as Chief Financial Officer for U.S. Shell Oil Products U.S. from 2002 to 2004. He served as Senior Vice President of Noble Energy, Inc. since November 16, 2009 until April 2014. Before joined Shell, Mr. Fisher held positions of increasing responsibility with General Electric Company, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Aircraft Engines Services division and a Singapore-based position as Director of Finance & Business Development of GE's Asia Pacific plastics business. He has been Chairman of Noble Midstream GP LLC, General Partner of Noble Midstream Partners LP since October 2015. He has been a Director of CONE Midstream GP LLC since May 30, 2014. Mr. Fisher serves as a Trustee of Centenary College of Louisiana. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. degree in Business Administration/Finance.
