What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

They know us and we know them, by name! We know their families and they know ours. You don't feel weird about asking a question or shooting them an email, that's just not how it's done here. Everyone is human.

They are personable, friendly, engaging, trustworthy, transparent, appreciative.

They are always open and honest. You can ask anything and it will be met with an honest answer. They are also constantly encouraging and truly love seeing others succeed.

They are accessible, personable and respectful. They treat everyone the same across the board - whether you are entry-level or leadership, doesn't matter. I trust they are making the right decisions to keep our company profitable and growing.

The honesty and follow up given!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Caring doing there job. Have more responsibilities instead of passing to employees that don't know any better

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Our benefits cover everyone and we work hard to make sure they are inclusive. I am personally very happy with the offerings. Much cheaper than my last job. TB offers STD/LTD for free beginning day one.

It's a fair market value base compensation but there's so many added perks and benefits that just enhance it- they are always innovating and adding new perks that no one else is doing.

A lot of my benefits are offered at a low cost or free to me

Benefits, PTO, average/normal pay rate, cell phone stipend, sales incentive plan

We receive a bonus if the company achieves its goals.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

They asked no questions pertaining to my skills, previous job or what I want from them

I liked interviewing with my immediate team. They got to know me and I got to know them before even coming in to start the job. That's such an underrated part of the process.

i felt super comfortable, it was more of a discussion and they cared about me and whats important to me and what kind of person i am, they know they can train on the rest if its the right person

I loved how comfortable they made me feel from beginning to end. I was able to totally relax and be honest and truthful about what I wanted, what I do well and who I am as a person. The recruiters were so friendly and always following up to update me. It was a seamless process.

I am most happy for an environment where I am not stressed out all the time.

the autonomy im given, always feel challenged and like im learning something new, lots of opportunities

The people. Hands down. We are all unique, loving, positive, happy, hard-working and committed to making it happen. Nothing's perfect, we have bad days. But with such a strong culture to fall back on, those bad days aren't that bad.

Getting customers to thank you, Seeing the barges sail full, Seeing my co-workers be happy.
