What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership ream is personally invested in your success and well being. I feel like leadership cares about me and my life even outside of work. They are a supportive bunch

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation is directly related to my performance.
I recieve family-based healthcare for both my spouse and family. CureMD also has car and laptop loans which have come in very handy.
CureMD offer's market competitive salary and awesome benefits. Love the health plan and bi-yearly bonus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they are not equal to compatible companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are a bunch of hard working intelligent indidivuals that dont shy away from a challenge. Theyre also fun to be around!
The synergy that my coworkers and I have is great. We can bounce ideas off eachother and help complete tasks efficently. I feel like I am of value and appreciated within my team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is familt based that means they go above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable and happy
No one is expected or encouraged to work overtime. There's a proper work-life balance here. We have a lot of work events and mixers for people to have fun in!

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straightforward and enjoyable
I'm more than my application and the recruiters and interviewers at CureMD understood that. They have fun icebreakers and mixer events which makes the interview process a lot smoother than I expected
They take keen interest in knowing me as a person, beyond my professional skills.
