Communication. We have regular corporate-wide meetings to discuss the state of the business.

Mananger more concerned with appearances than people.

Variable is less and pay structure is good

What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is very cooperative and friendly
I work at a nasa facility and love it, we all are waiting for contract renewal hoping it's assigned to a new company.
Supportive and friendly team. Working across the globe but sharing info,
individuals (below the management level) generally look out for each other
