Professional culture. Management is pro-customer, pro-stockholder AND pro-employee. All three are equally important. Management communicates well with employees.

The company is great at briging in new talent and pays decent salaries when you first join. They treat you worse as time goes goes on, expecting more from their employees without adjusting compensation for additiona responsibilities
